Our annual Care Home Awards 2024 recognises 20 of the top-rated Care Homes in each region of the UK based on reviews from residents or service users and their family or friends.

All care homes listed on carehome.co.uk are automatically entered into the awards; however, award winners must meet each of the following criteria:

• 1) Have a review score at the cut-off time of 11.59pm on Wednesday 31^st January 2024 which might place you in the Top 20 in your region
•  
• 2) Have 5 or more reviews published between 1^st February 2023 and 31^st January 2024
•  
• 3) Be compliant with the regulatory authority as per our specified criteria

Our annual Care Home Group Awards 2024 recognises the Top 20 Care Home Groups in the UK based on reviews from residents or service users and their family or friends.

All care home groups listed on carehome.co.uk are automatically entered into the awards; however, award winners must meet each of the following criteria:

• 1) Have a review score at the cut-off time of 11.59pm on Wednesday 31^st January 2024 which might place you in the Top 20 in the UK
•  
• 2) Have at least 75% care homes in the group (i.e. a group consists of care homes and extra care housing, only care homes are eligible to be included in the count)
•  
• 3) Have at least 75% regulatory-compliant homes within their group as per our specified criteria

These are the 3 categories in the Care Home Group Awards:

• Top 20 Large Care Home Groups 2024 (20+ Care Homes)
• Top 20 Mid-Size Care Home Groups 2024 (10-19 Care Homes)
• Top 20 Small Care Home Groups 2024 (2-9 Care Homes)
